Making this for a swap. I just love these colors (but then I have never met a color I didn't like except maybe yoyo yellow).
When I was picking up my DD from school yesterday, I saw a teacher with an apricot and cameo coral skirt and an orchid opulence sweater set---it was so pretty and springy and immediately I started planning my card (lol, is that too pathetic do ya think?).
The buttons and the ribbon are on the front of the card, the vase and apricot layers are attached to the back of the front, and the coral and orchid layers are attached on the inside, with an apricot layer on the very back to hide any adhesive and add more space for writing.
Clear cards are so hard to capture in a pic, but they make such a wow IRL!
I usually always fill my button holes with thread, but this time I actually liked it better w/o---better for my swap too---less time consuming!!
Sorry for the novel!! TFL!
